I understand that leaving your beloved pet with a stranger can be nerve-wracking. That's why I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to put your mind at ease. If any of your questioins have not been answered please reach out.
How long do the grooms take?
On average the grooms take 1.5 to 2 hours. I will call or text you when your dog is ready to be picked up.
How many dogs can you groom at once?
I pride myself on offering personalized attention to each pet, so I only groom one dog at a time. This ensures that your furry friend receives my undivided attention throughout the grooming process.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, Pay ID, and efpots.
I cannot make my appointment.
I do require a 24-hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. If there is less than 24 hour's notice, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
If I am running late what happens?
If you are less than 15 minutes late, i will still be able to groom your dog. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to pay the $20 cancellation fee.
How long can you hold my dog for?
I can only hold your dog for 30 minutes after I have sent you a text message. If you live more than 30 minutes away, please tell me and I will message you earlier. If you still have not picked up your dog after 30 minutes a $1 fee will be added for every minute you are late. for example if you are 35 minutes late you will have to pay an extra $5.
